Textnowplus offers temporary phone numbers suitable for both personal and business purposes. These Temporary Numbers serve different functions, ranging from online verification, SMS, anonymous communication, to various applications requiring phone number.

Conditions for use of Products or Services

Using Textnowplus, you consent to use Textnowplus products and services solely for the purposes enumerated therein. Your usage must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, and you bear full responsibility for any actions undergone under your account.

Ownership/Intellectual Property Protection

Textnowplus holds ownership of all intellectual properties connected to its products and services. These may encompass trademarks, logos, content, and software. By using Textnowplus, you agree to a given restricted, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial objectives, in compliance with these conditions.

Prohibited Activities

By using Textnowplus – its products and services, you consent for your non-participation in any actions that could be detrimental to Textnowplus or its users, such as, but not limited to:

• Deceptive Actions: You agree not to use Textnowplus – its products and services for dishonest or fraudulent reasons, such as pretending to be another individual or organization.
• Spamming: You consent to a non-participation in annoying acts of message spamming using Textnowplus's Temporary Phone Numbers.
• Unauthorized Commerce: By using Textnowplus, you agree to not use our products or services to process unlawful exchanges, which include, but are not limited to, the trade of prohibited goods such as human trafficking.
• Impersonation: By using Textnowplus, you agree not to use any of our products or services in a pretence to be someone else, a different entity by the act of identity misrepresention, manipulation, and/or impersonation.
• Inappropriate Material: By using Textnowplus, you agree not to use its products and services over the distribution of harmful, offensive, unsuitable content – such as hate speech, explicit content, or threats of violence.
• Unauthorized Actions: By using Textnowplus, you agree not to use the services for actions that are illegal or banned under any relevant legislation.

Fees and Payment

Although Textnowplus offers various services at no cost, specific features or premium services may necessitate a payment. If relevant, you consent to cover all costs related to your utilization of paid services. Payment terms, such as pricing and billing cycles, will be made available at the moment of purchase.

Limitations to Liability

Textnowplus shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages stemming from the use or inability to use our services. Our responsibility is restricted to the fullest degree allowed by law.

Indemnification

You agree to protect and defend Textnowplus, its subsidiaries, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms of Use.

Termination

Textnowplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, upon suspectung your breach of these conditions, or for any other reason – with or without prior notice. While you also reserve the right to close your account whenever you wish by reaching out to our support team.

Upgrades/Maintenance

Textnowplus might occasionally enhance or update its services or conduct maintenance to guarantee seamless performance. We will make diligent attempts to reduce interruptions, but we cannot assure continuous service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be regulated by and interpreted in line with the laws of the area where Textnowplus functions, irrespective of its conflict of law provisions. All disagreements will be settled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Textnowplus regarding the use of our services and supersedes any previous agreements, or representations modified.
